Time
Time has always been pictured to be like sand...something we can try to grasp but at the same time it slips through out fingers. We always say we will find time for him/her later and that it is no big deal. Sure it may be no big deal until the worst happens. It is never expected despite there always being a chance of happening and despite our wish to have the time we have wasted back, it will never be taken back no matter how much we wish it to be so. So then what are we to do? Don't regret because time does not stop for you. I once read somewhere "Live life to the fullest, age to the fullest but most of all try and die with a smile". How true it is that we must learn to make the most of the time you have with those you love. Similar to my past post of 'Life' and 'Family', make memories with those around you and cherish them deeply because they will always be with you. The truth is there has been so much grief around lately that people don't live their life but stop and stagnate upon a point in their life but when they snap out of it they do not realise that everyone else whom they have cherished have disappeared and they have no memories because of their disconnection. I may not be perfect to say I have always avoided this but I know how it feels. So don't live a life which you will regret later, do your utmost to make the memories which keeps your friends, families, boy/girlfriend special to you.

Family
It's been quite some time since I last blogged here. Been bogged down with assignments and such Someone should leave a comment sometime on their thoughts.
Family. What does it mean to people? That they are blood related and thus have an unchangeable tie to you? or does it mean the sense of belonging that they offer? For adopted children, it is the sense of belonging which is important to them but even then there is a wish to know their biological mother and father. However, on another hand there is a view that family is people you have a deep and special relationship with. People you can trust and rely on. No matter what the circumstance is. Despite all these perspectives, I realised one thing. Family is..well..F.A.M.I.L.Y...which stands for...Forever and more, I love you.

Life.
Life. Such a small word yet meaning so much to everyone. We have always claimed to live a life but what does it really mean? There have been so many different ways of living a life but it is still summed up into one word...Life. So what does it mean to live a life?
Well, personally it means to be with family and friends and to treasure the times you have together. For others it may be satisfaction found in doing work, hobbies and religion. Sadly for many people, they live but do not have a life. For others they are out there looking for where they belong but can't seem to find it. For those of you who have, consider yourselves lucky, enjoy and treasure what you have well. Don't take it for granted for you never know when it would be gone. So live a life free from regret because while you drown yourself in self-pity, the world passes around you and you will miss out on life. One thought that I have always kept with me is, 'Money does not matter...What matters are the moments created together'. However, don't get me wrong, money is important in order for our to live our lives but it should not take precedent that you do not enjoy life. For what is the point of having money only to find that you can no longer use it? For as George Carlin said "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breaths away."
